Many places across Salem served the traditional Irish-American St. Patrick’s day meal of Corned Beef & Cabbage yesterday. Some featured the grey meat. Others featured the red meat. There were those that served turnips. There were this that chose not to serve turnips. The Guinness flowed, the Irish music played, and many a put-on Irish Brogue was heard.
